Kolminkertaiset ranskalaiset ovet ulottuvat suositun 3 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5-kylpyisen Turtle-huvilan trooppisesti sisustetuista olohuoneista. Herää jokaisesta huoneesta auringonnousunäkymällä satamaan. Nauti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, joka tarjoaa lomakeskuksen uima-altaan, kylpylän ja The Rusty Anchor -ravintolan, joka on avoinna päivittäin lounaalle ja illalliselle.

Ensimmäisen kerroksen keittiö, ruokailutila, oleskelutila sopivat täydellisesti kokoontumiseen perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Ranskalaisten ovien seinä avautuu kannelle molemmilta puolilta. Tilavassa Master-sviitissä on olohuone ylimmällä tasolla. Toisessa kerroksessa asuu kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Palm Bay Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi kuntosalin, porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 3.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Fantastic trip

Nice view, worn out interior

The views are great. The neighborhood is great, but the interior is warn and broken. Some toilets don't flush the air conditioning didn't work, water trickles out of showers. Some seats and stools are torn. NOT luxury but it will do.

Freat home base. Confortable and clean. A bit of wear and tear which is fine , not overly worried about the kids runnning around like kids do. Water presser , hot water is very limited. Dont expect to take showers on 3rdfloor.

Beautiful area and view!

We love Exuma! It is PARADISE and one of our favorite go to vacation spots for many years! Beautiful place and people! This was our first stay in February Point and it is beautiful and very well maintained. This house in particular has a beautiful construction with gorgeous views! Outdoor gazebo and small dock area where we watched the turtles for their daily visits, sting ray, and nurse sharks. With that being said, there were amenities in the house that were disappointing. First the furnishings on the first floor are tired! 3 of the 5 patio chairs had rips & 1 of the bar stools & the front door bench had a ripped seat. The couch cushions were faded out & it also had a musty smell. All bedroom furnishings were nice but there were no extra pillows provided. There was 1 extra blanket and we used it to cover the couch. Minimal. The 3rd floor bdrm has no door and TV did not wk. The oven worked fine but all of the stickers were worn off the knobs so you had to guess which burner was being used. The air conditioning units in each room and on the ground floor were a great bonus. House managers Kaymark and Teneeshia were excellent and very hepful. All in all we had an amazing vacation. Sorry to be negative, but in comparison to other places we have stayed and for the price/nt this house definitely needs some upgrades and many finishing touches to make this a 5 star accommodation were overlooked by the owners.

We had a good time here. The dock is a game changer. Pool and workout facilities are nice. Restaurant is good. Book it if you can afford it. Nice place.

Exactly what we needed!

Our stay was amazing! Renting a boat is a must(if you are an experienced boater). The house was exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen! The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to our trip with my many questions and recommendations! One tip, I would suggest is to bring your own food. Availability and pricing is triple the price versus the US. Our children, seven and 11 years old were the perfect age to experience this type of adventure! I wanted our children to experience something completely different from your all inclusive resort, and this trip nailed it! Make sure to bring your own snorkel! there was so much to see! The TV on the third floor was still not working, a tech did come out and try and fix the issue to no avail. It ended up not being a big deal since we were there and outside 90% of the time! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful House with cozy feel

What a beautiful home. The 3rd floor is more of a loft with no door, but VERY spacious. Each of the 2nd floor bedrooms had their own bathrooms that were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. The living room was spacious and having a smart tv with good internet service is a must for us and it was here! The dock is a huge plus as we are boaters. I would suggest either moving the floating dock or doing away with it as it makes it difficult to tie off your boat, especially if there's another one there. My only issues or suggestions would be to have the property management company be more responsive as we had an issue with a clogged toilet and another that wouldn't flush and it took all day, several voice notes, messages and 2 phone calls (which were not answered) to get them fixed. Because we know that the water normally goes off randomly in Exuma, it may be a good idea to post that on the refrigerator or advise guests of that when they arrive. I would also suggest a couple of more bath towels in each bathroom, as we were constantly washing towels. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Wonderful Stay in Exuma!

Turtle Villa was a wonderful property! We traveled with 3 couples and had plenty of room! The house would also easily accommodate a large family. The furnishings were nice, the house was clean, and the amenities were perfect. We felt safe and we were minutes from Georgetown and the Exuma markets. We had turtles visit us daily on the dock! It is a 2 unit property, so the dock space is shared, but we had no issues. The house has a beautiful view of the marina. It was an easy walk to the Beach Club, where the beach and pool were fantastic! The restaurant Rusty Anchor was delicious. The house pictures do not do the property justice!! They need to update that portfolio! There was beach equipment, fishing poles, snorkel gear, chairs, coolers under the house. That was a wonderful surprise. There were also kayaks and paddleboards on the dock. Our only complaints were that there was no door on the 3rd level master, it was more like a very large loft, however it was very nice. The TV on the 3rd level master didn't work and the TV in the living area wasn't working very well. But we didn't come to Exuma to watch TV so it was fine! The power (and water) went out a few times during our stay. But we understand that is routine on the island and we managed. We rented a boat for the week, which was a MUST! We got everywhere we needed to go via boat, didn't have to rent a car. I wish we would have known that the house had a dock we could tie the boat to, it wasn't seen in the pictures, and I paid an additional fee for a marina slip that wasn't needed. If we ever visit Exuma again we will definitely stay in February Point! It was the perfect location! Highly Recommend!

The Perfect Vacation Destination

This was our first trip to the Exuma's and February point and it certainly won't be our last. We were able to meet the owners during our stay and quickly became friends. They were beyond gracious and were wonderful hosts. The house is equipped with everything you need and more! We rented a boat for daytrip excursions so having a dock at your back door, was just icing on the cake. There were only 4 of us, but the house can easily accommodate 3 couples or a larger family. We will definitely be back; hopefully sooner than later!
