Muodollisesti nimellÀ Villa # 30, perheemme toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi jakamaan elÀmÀÀmme unelmamme nauttiaksesi taivaasta. Aiemmat omistajat palvelivat vieraitaan lÀhes 10 vuotta, ja heillÀ oli yli 95 rave-arvostelua asiakkailtaan. Emme aio muuttaa kyseistÀ menestystarraa. Olemme sitoutuneet jatkamaan Villa # 30: n asiakkaiden palvelemista edeltÀjiemme mukaisesti. Italialaisen perintömme mukaisesti olemme tyytyvÀisiÀ kaikkiin menneisiin ja uusiin vieraisiin jÀÀmÀÀn kanssamme hiljattain nimettyyn "Bella Vista" -korttiin, koska et nÀe kauniimpaa nÀkymÀÀ ulko-ovesi ulkopuolella.

TÀydellisesti Elizabethin sataman rannalla vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ etuovesta Bella Vista elÀÀ todella nimellÀ "Kaunis nÀkymÀ". Palm Bay Beach Club -hotellissa @ The Hideaways vieraat nauttivat kaikesta lomakeskuksen mukavuudesta oman yksityisen pyhÀkkösi kanssa. Vuokraan sisÀltyy vapaa-ajanviettomahdollisuus (lomakeskuksen uima-allas, kajakit, melontalaudat, polkuveneet, kuntosali, vastaanotto-palvelut, concierge-palvelut, ilmainen bussikuljetus kaupunkiin) ja jotka voivat unohtaa Bahaman sinisen veden vain muutaman kÀÀnnöksen flopit etuovesta!

MeidÀn kiinteistöpÀÀllikkö Wade poimii mielellÀÀn joitakin pÀivittÀistavaroita lomallesi. Asiakkaat maksavat vain Wadelle saapuessaan pÀivittÀistavarat. Toimitamme vettÀ, saippuoita, pesulaitteen aloituspakkausta ja joitakin hygieniatuotteita.

Suuri (lÀhes 700 neliömetrin) yksikkö tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa jopa 4 hengelle, jossa on tÀysin varustettu keittiö, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekÀ 2 mukavaa lepotuolia nauttimaan auringonnoususta joka aamu.

Hideaways sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Jolly Hall Beachin ja The Famous Fish Fryn vÀlissÀ. kaikki kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ yksiköstÀ. Kaikille vieraille on kÀtevÀÀ viihtyisÀÀ ravintolaa - "Splash" ja vuokra-autoja, jotka sijaitsevat aivan kadun toisella puolella.

I can’t say enough great things about this property and the hosts. The Villa was spotless, perfectly located and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy the beach and all that Exuma has to offer. It’s literally right on the beach facing Elizabeth Harbor and a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beds are comfortable (even the Murphy bed) which is a must. Our family of 4 were very comfortable with my 2 daughters sharing the Murphy bed. It’s perfectly located near Georgetown and some of the most beautiful beaches and cool restaurants. Michael and Roseanne are 5 Star hosts in every way. They were available to answer all our questions, make recommendations and give advice on any aspect of our trip. They even provide a daily post of the weather and best places or activities to make the most of the day! We loved this trip and much of this was due to our stay at Bella Vista. If you’re a first time visitor to Exuma or want to dig deep on all Exuma can offer, stay here!!!

Amazing stay for my husband and I! The house is great, restaurants in walking distance, Jolly Hall beach is in walking distance and is one of the prettiest beaches. You have access to the resort which was great especially since we could borrow kayaks and paddle boards. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. Great stay overall, I highly recommend it!

great place, very nice and comfortable. They had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We loved being able to walk to Jolly Beach, which was stunning. They had Yedi coolers, beach chairs and even a packable umbrella. Highly recommend!

Host was wonderful and very helpful. Anytime we had a question they replied back right away! They had lots of great reccomendations. The property was fantastic with gorgeous views! They had everything you needed in the unit, and the bed and pillows were sooooo comfy! I'm very picky about my pillows! The restaurant on site was yummy, we ate there multiple times, as well as the augusta bay restaurant next door. Will definitely return!

My recent stay at Bella Vista was absolutely spectacular and easily one of the best experiences I've had. If you are looking for a relaxing, magical getaway with truly unparalleled views, this is the place.The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the beautiful beachfront water views. The villa which I highly recommend booking as an oceanfront unit, offers a panoramic vista of the torquise blue waters of Exuma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise, while enjoying a cup of coffee from the private balcony was a daily dream. The colors were not enhanced and looked exactly like a postcard. The villas location right on the beach means you are just steps away from the sand and have constant, mesmerizing and tranquil views of Elizabeth Harbor.Beyond the stunning scenery, the property itself is superb. The 1 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that makes you feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day on the water, or exploring one of the many white sand, torquise blue beaches of Exuma. The staff deserves a special mention for being incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay, from check-in to check-out.I can't recommend highly enough. It surpassed all my expectations and provided the perfect, peaceful beachfront escape. I can't wait to return and experience this little slice of paradise again!

You know when you read reviews and you think “there is no way this place could be this good?!” I am telling you IT IS and even more! We visited Bella Vista as a family of four (including two kiddos ages 5 & 8) and as a first-time VRBO renter. Michael and Roseann are the real deal - we were blessed to actually meet them in person, as they happened to be in town while we were. The property is absolutely immaculate. As a mom of little kids, the kitchen has everything needed to keep them happy, the Hideaways has a great pool, and this location puts you within walking distance to most things you’ll need or you can pop on the shuttle to get there. The views are just amazing as well. Need advice on things to do and see? Michael and Roseann have you covered - it is all well-documented from East to West in the coffee table book they wrote. We used Taxi 91 (Floyd) to get to anywhere the shuttle did not service, but I would 100% recommend renting a car if you’ll be in town for more than a few nights. Thought we are still in Exuma with friends on a boat, we wish we had more nights to enjoy Bella Vista - Roseann and Michael, THANK YOU for building something beautiful with your rentals. We can’t wait to come back.

Best rental experience ever! The house was so thoughtfully provisioned, we didn’t want for anything. We appreciated all the touches that made for a perfectly comfortable stay. Michael and Roseann have really made effort to make their guests welcome, but also aid in the vacation experience. We appreciated how approachable they were throughout our stay..just a text away. They answered questions and helped with suggestions for destinations as we explored the island. It’s obvious they’ve put a lot of care and love into their home, and we appreciated every bit of it. Umbrellas if it rains, binoculars to explore, bug spray if they’re biting, perfect AC and humidity control, all the kitchen tools for meal prep and cocktail hour, books, games & movies for a rainy afternoon, literature about the island, coolers, noodles, floats, towels, snorkel gear

Roseann and Michael are exactly what you want in a host. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Friendly. The property is well maintained, plenty of supplies. We were stuck in a storm one day and they found us the one spot on the island that was open and serving food and drinks. We will definitely rent from them again.

Great stay and amenities on the beach

Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try.

Blissful Solo Trip

Due to schedules and flight delays, a girls trip to Exuma was canceled. Looking on line I noticed that this wonderful 1 bdr cottage was available for a few days and jumped on it. I needed a Bahama break.So happy I did. The location is fabulous. Perfectly clear swimmable water, fantastic snorkeling, good restaurants in walking distance. Comes with kayaks and paddle boards and water toys. I was able to order groceries in advance and have them delivered for my arrival!The bed was super comfortable, Kitchen has everything you need. I felt very safe here and in George Town.The owners go out of their way to be accommodating. they are fantastic! Highly recommend this rental for solo or couple.

Amazing Stay in Exuma – Highly Recommend!

Our stay at this Vrbo rental in Exuma was absolutely fantastic! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The direct view from the condo was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every day.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-equipped place to stay in Exuma!

First time visit to the Bahamas

The property is was perfect for us and was just as advertised. And the view from the unit was out of this world. Stunning. The owners get an A for their attentiveness and helpfulness on many fronts. They could write the book on being good VRBO hosts!

Lovely place, great hosts

We had a great time here. Unit was clean, stylish and well appointed. Hosts Michael and Roseanne were very responsive and extra helpful with local knowledge and arrangements. They made us feel like they had our backs and really cared that we had good stay. Paradise

This was our second stay and as magical as the first. Michael and Roseann were great to work with as always, good communication, provided resources and recommendations etc. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and it was a glorious vacation, we’re looking forward to getting to visit again.
