A small backyard pool makes it a unique property to enjoy when visiting this hidden coastal gem. Side driveway can accommodate a boat up to 20 ft in addition to another vehicle. There is also front driveway parking and cars can park along the side street with the flow of traffic. The house is short walking distance to downtown, Morgan Park, and East Bay public boat landing. Whether you're exploring the city, doing some saltwater fishing, or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, this property is the perfect home away from home.
