This brand new 3 B/R - 2 Bath 2024 fully furnished mobile home welcomes you with all amenities we could fit! Starting in the master bedroom that offers a comfy, cozy queen size bed, satellite tv, wifi, private bath, and ample closet space; the second bedroom, which has a bunk bed that is a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top; and finally, the third bedroom offers a cozy full size bed, satellite TV, lamps with charging ports for convenience, and more; The second bathroom sits right between the second and third bedrooms for easy access.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other, with the living room offering satellite tv, a very relaxing sectional, and stools on the living room side of the kitchen counter; the dining table has four chairs and a bench so it can easily seat 6 and off of the kitchen are the washer and dryer tucked away in the laundry room!

Set up to be your short term stay “home away from home”, this fully furnished, fully staged property makes it where all you should need is your suitcase, your personal needs, and some groceries! All the basics are already there! The kitchen is set up for easy access and use with a full appliance package, cookware, dishes, etc.; there is a 12 x 12 covered front porch to give you protected access to the home even if it rains and the 16 x 20 back deck overlooks a beautiful wooded lot and is set up for good times, with a comfortable 9 piece patio furniture set, gas grill, and even a service cart just inside the kitchen that can be loaded up and rolled out for convenience!

If you are a hunter or fishermen please ensure the remains from the fish and animals are removed from the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
