The hotel is nice but the room needed alot of repairs. The toilet ran, the A/C unit didnt work right, the tv volume and picture is controlled. No hot water our last night there. Overpriced, Cleaning staff were nice, front desk people were not helpful. I asked the girl at check out to email my receipt. I never received it. They allow dogs with no pet fee is the only perk, but most of the hotels in Gettysburg allow dogs!

The peoperty is in walking distance of the historic downtown Gettysburg district, and the Gettysburg National Cemetery. A nice continental breakfast is served in the charming Breakfast Cottage.The staff we're courteous and helpful.

Older pet-friendly room with dated decor was clean but the carpet smelled a bit musty. Overall, a good value for someone traveling with a pet. No extra charge for my small dog.

The Inn itself, I was located in a really nice place, but uh it needs some upkeep. Especially the bathrooms in the rooms, it just looked old and grungy, and it wasn't very clean. Our first night there, we had to call down because our tub would not drain.It took us two askings before they finally sent somebody to unclog,it.

We love the location of this hotel. It's walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. It's nothing fancy, but it's a clean and comfortable place to stay the night. We love the complimentary breakfast in the quaint breakfast cottage.
