Needed a stop while motorcycling through

Room door was opened when I arrived. Room was lightly cleaned. No service on the TV. In room fridge sounded like a passing freight train all night. Breakfast options limited to white toast and two cold cereals. Will not stay again.

The jet hot tub was amazing! Me and the family enjoyed it. The tv was small but I was able to hook my PlayStation up to it , the bed was comfortable, only thing is the couch made my fiancé itch a little , maybe they can upgrade a new sofa but other than that it was a cool stay !

Hot tub .never worked .for 2 weeks then the fixed it then the pool was down .for a week Ice machine .never worked .room had a funky musty smell .hole family .got sick in the room .never going back .

The room looked like it was used on an hourly basis. It looked like someone was hurt in the room there were stains on the rug and bed. The mirror was broken and everything was dirty and smelt horrible. Just felt like I was going to risk catching something from the bed and room!

So the people that work there are very nice. Super nice . I know the review is a little harsh but im being honest and sharing how my visit went. So my friend and i came there just on our way through the state and it had a clean property its not in a gorgeous area . But the building its self is just outdated . Checking in was easy they were nice and they offer a later checkout for a couple extra bucks which i loved . The room was sleepable for a night . Me and my friend checked the beds and everything before bringing the stuff in and that looked fine . The bathroom had "hair " from someone else on the toilet and tub and we hovered and didnt shower there because the tub has no screen or anything just a filthy hole in a stained or dirty tub and just a hairy drain. So we thought NOPE.and when people stay somewhere they should be able to shower . The rest of the room was okay its just the smell was off putting its like a mix of musty and moldy and moist thars the 3 best words to describe it. Im guessing the carpets in the place . So that could be switched to hardwood for fake tile and it would be better. The tv was fine . I liked the lamp with the green base that was pretty and like i said the staff are so nice , i probably would not stay there again just because i need to shower but if they ever updated things i would give it a chance just not anytime soon and for the price its good for a night or 2 i probably wpuldnt take kids with me there but i have seen others with theirs.

Terrible Stay

Well I am not the type to leave a bad review but this one is definitely well deserved. The back door was always open so anyone could get in, there was no smoke detector in our room, our deadbolt wouldn't lock, the keys that were given to us only one worked my husband took the key back to be fixed but then the other key wouldn't work, there were only two towels in the bathroom when we were there. And thank god we brought our own bedding with us because the bedding looked like it hadn't been cleaned. We would have been better off camping in a tent!!!!! It took me 15 minutes to find the person to check in and when we checked out I was told to leave the room keys on the desk. I will absolutely not be staying in this hotel chain ever again. And I added pictures of the bedding when I lifted up the top cover.

This was far rhe worst experience ever was nasty and the phone was no even connected to contact the front desk. The kind was not a real king side bed and i paid extra for it, the place was disty and the brakefast was cerial and white bread. I was not going to eat it anyways but just point it out. No being exaggerating but this place should close down. I had paid and theh wount give me my money back. The place had no soap. Shampoo or conditioner. No even soap to wash my hands. Dont stay here pay more and go to a better place

Even though the property was non-smoking, our first room reeked of smoke. We asked to move and they moved us to a much better smelling room. Our towels were removed and never replaced. We had to go to the front desk and ask for more towels and were told, there were none available. This was unacceptable. The desk manager went to an unoccupied room to get us new towels. Breakfast was a joke. Although the website says there is a full breakfast, there was only bread to toast, yogurt and cereal. I'd say this was more of a lite breakfast not full. It was disappointing on many levels. As a matter of fact, we didn't even stay the last night of our booking as we opted to leave early and head for home.
