Located out of the town. The property is quite run down but the owners are making an effort to improve it. You need a car to be able to access the town and dining options. Room was clean and well presented.

Lovely staff. Room was fine, bathroom could use a good clean and some CLR , but honestly it was good for the budget price. Large room with table & chairs as well. Dog friendly as well (we didn't stay in a dog friendly room but saw lots of pups happy with their owners). After dark it was very quiet.

The rooms were not clean, gritty residue on the floor. The hot water did not work. There was no one available to tell about the lack of hot water. They did offer another room to use for showering, but we were already dressed (not showered). Minimal concern about the inconvenience. Would not recommend.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Checking in I got greeted with a smile and advise on where to go for dinner and when I left I got very warm wave goodbye. The room was very clean, had all the body wash, shampoo and conditioners you need. We had our dogs with us and they were very happy to have them inside with us and the fencing was excellent. Will stay here again.
