Absolutely awful!!!! First sent us to a room that was already occupied. Second our room was very hot and very dirty. Turned the AC on and left for a few hours. Got back still hot. I inquired if I was setting the AC right just to find out the Hotel AC was broken!! I ask why I wasn’t told upon check in and was told “I try to remember to tell everyone”. Are you kidding me?!?! Try to remember???? Checked out the next morning and demanded a refund which I am still waiting on. Have a receipt showing i was supposed to have a credit but nope…not yet!!

The price was right, but you get what you pay for. I can tell they are trying to maintain this hotel, but it’s old and needs a larger maintenance and improvement budget. I could see that upgrades were in progress, but it looks like they are using cheap materials which will not hold up. The parent company should make a more serious investment in this property.

ABSOLUTEY NOT!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The room was a mess. It had two doors. The "inside" door was locked and we couldn't get in. I had to find a way to get in the other door. I walked into dirty towels on the floor and water on the bathroom floor. I interrupted the front desk girls from flirting with BF's to come clean the room. ZERO ventilation hot and muggy. Trash cans outside the motel were full of booze and beer boxes. We haven't started itching yet but did take a shot of Ivermectin when we got home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go to the DAYS INN next door. I found it clean and just a reasonable on price.

Greatly overcharged by Hotels.com

I booked my room through hotels.com. The hotel charged me $43.34 and I was charged $128.78 by Hotels.com. I will be disputing this cost unless it is corrected.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. They are obviously doing some much needed upgrades to the pool area. It looks like they are renovating to improve the hotel overall. Having a dinner restaurant attached is a great thing and the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a disappointment. There was hardly any food available, so we ended up having to pay to eat elsewhere. The other item, was that the air conditioning in the room did not work. We ended up purchasing a fan and running it in our room. All that being said - for the small amount of money we paid for the room - I would stay again. The bed was comfortable and I was able to rest.
