• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
🎉 No Parties or Events
• Loud music, large gatherings, and parties are NOT allowed.
• Guests must respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and be considerate of neighbors.
🚗 Parking & Access
• Free and metered street parking is available nearby.
• Please check local parking signs for restrictions.
🔧 Damages & Missing Items
• Any broken, burned, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
• Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.
🛎️ Last-Minute Requests
• We will try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but additional fees may apply (e.g., changes to guest count).
📌 General Courtesy & Cleanliness
• Keep the apartment in a reasonable condition before checkout. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
