I tried to move my reservation for the hotel and the restaurant forward by one day. They were singularly unhelpful. I will never use this hotel chain again.

Hotel looks pretty new, room was spacious, with a (super dusty) nespresso machine, a plus. It’s black on the outside, black or painted very dark on the inside including the room, so it feels pretty cavernous and dim. Location is not great, next to student dorms and a couple of cheaper hotels. Easy to get Ubers or taxis, but walk to nicer parts of town is 20mn or more. Lots of construction in the area currently, which affects traffic.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Nothing was too much effort for the staff and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our only slight (extremely minor) criticism is that the rooms and the bathroom were really dark! I think there was muted lighting to add to the relaxing luxurious mood and decor, though having the option of some better lighting would be nice (for doing makeup, for example). This was so minor though and we would definitely stay again! The bed is probably one of the comfiest hotel beds ever!
