The apt was beautiful and ver comfortable. Our only issue is that there is no close parking. When we unloaded luggage and loaded luggage it was ver difficult.

Great space! Loved the bed, nice and firm, and the bathroom was roomy - great shower! Total bonus to have washer/dryer (one combo machine) in the unit though it seemed to take a long time to finish and still had to set our clothes out overnight to dry. But what a perk to pack up and go with fresh clean clothes! Very walkable area and super close to Queen Street Station! Right on main pedestrian thoroughfare. Not much for shopping but lots of restaurants.

This was a perfect base for a visit to Glasgow. Clean and comfortable rooms in a convenient location for walking the city and accessing trains. Close to restaurants and shopping. In room kitchenette with washer was a bonus. (Note stairs only, no elevator.)

Fantastic.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and within a block of the airport transfer bus and queen street station. The owner was super communicative and when we had a problem with the safe she was able to get it resolved within the hour. The only thing that would make this apartment better would be a king bed. But even so it is a gem in the heart of Glascow!

Should have been WAY better!

It was a great location and the apartment was good, however, it went downt from there. There was no booklet on how anything worked. We tried contacting the property and got NO answer. We had to YouTube how to use the washing machine/dryer combo we had and never got the dryer part to work. The heat thermostat was non functional and never worked. They gave one laundry soap pod and when we contacted them about how to work the washer and thermostat we asked for more pods… but got no email in return. We got an email from the company asking how our stay was after we left the property and we told them about they stay and lack of communication on their part and got no response AGAIN! Not an I’m sorry to hear that or anything. I do not recommend this place. If you have any issues your on your own! Good luck!

This was in a great location, close to train station, shopping, restaurants etc. It was clean and had great amenities. The only down side was it didn’t have an elevator and the bathroom light was on a motion sensor and came on during the night

For the first 2 nights we would say the place was wonderful. But the final evening and night a giant crane and the crew set up within 10 metres of our windows and worked for several hours. It was noisy and as bright as day. We were very frightened. We received no info from the company and spend the entire night in fear. The following day when we had to leave early and spend our week travelling, we were both ill from stress. We are 75 years old and expect a refund for this experience. It was dreadful.

The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. Unfortunately there was a lot of serious arguing that we could hear from those staying in the apartment next door through all hours of the night into the morning. Otherwise, a nice stay for 1 night.

Great location. Great communication from the organization. They were very accommodating and kind to me. I extended my stay and they kindly checked in on me. The accommodation itself is great. It’s not a noisy area. The only thing I wish could have changed were all the stairs I had to go up with all my luggage, but I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights, my room was on the top floor and there’s no lift, and there was a lot of stairs to walk; this my only negative side. You can control the heating in your room by entering your 4 digit code! Busy area for shopping, party, and eating out. Located next to Glasgow Queen street station and few minutes walk to central station. The room was very big and spacious. No mirrors in the room so had to do my makeup using the toilet mirror which was very dim. Pillow was flat but bed was comfortable. Yea and coffee was provided aLao including decaffeinated coffee sachet which I only drink. Be mindful that This apartment is self check in and out, the code to open the mail door and your room door is the last four digit of your telephone number. You will also get another four digit code to control the heating.

The current ‘Exceptional’ rating was an overstatement and misdleading in my opinion. The location was prime, close to the city center and easy access to public transportation. Unfortunately, the following were my concerns: Stinks of smoke (not sure if this is coming from outside) -Loud noise from the strret -Rust in shower -clogged drain in the shower -Mold in washer -Hair and stains on bedsheet I know I shouldn’t be expecting 5 star quality but the exceptional rating definitely caught me off guard.
