myself my daughter and grandauhgter stayed for 1 night for my daughters birthday it was a great stay untill breakfast where we were asked to sit in the bar and have it but when we went in to the breakfast area there was plenty of tables all set up and about another 29 people at least were seated in that area straight after us we got refunded a small amount but to be treated so differant from everyone else was terrible it was like the film pretty woman where julia roberts was treated like dirt in a cloths shop feeling like dirt i will never forget this bad experience and will never go back to this hotel my daughter books allot of her clients into these hilton hotels regular and is also going to rethink this as she was disgustered as well.

Had a lovely stay, staff are so helpful and friendly. Property was easy to find and get to and from. Love the spa access, only negative we had was there was definitely too many people granted access to the pool/sauna/jacuzzi facilities. In which a few of the people had zero respect for 'personal space' my sister and I went to the steam room, there was 3 people in so we left and went bsck once 2 of said people had left (polite) we entered and there was 2 people in, the 4 of us had enough space to feel comfortable, then 3 other guys opened the door, seen it was at capacity but still entered, 2 stood, one squeezed between my sister and 1 other person. We felt very uncomfortable, the porceeded to have a legnthy and loud chat in their native language whilst i feel a place like thay should be relaxed and quiet, most would agree. We ended up leaving when another man proceeded to come in seeing it was full and sat legit on my foot. We vacated and went to the pool, thr jacuzzi was off and i read the sign prior, not to enter until bubbles are on for cleaning however there were 2 men in it - clearly waiting it out in there, followed by another 3 men and a woman, it was at capacity without being on but obviously they didnt eant to 'miss it'. We did eventually get to use the jacuzzi. The pool was no different, 2 men from the sauna DIVING where it says no diving. Taking up half the pool which was already over crowded. I feel the stay would have been 10/10 had it not been overcrowding

Friendly check in and departures, able to leave bag. Pool was quite small so felt crowded with 20 people. No biscuits in room with tea/coffee. Could do with a fridge and a wee table for sitting at.

The main reason I booked this hotel as it has an underground secure car park with direct access to the hotel. This made me feel very safe. The hotel was very smart and breakfast was delicious.
