Located in Glasgow’s Southside, this is a comfortable flat on the second floor of a traditional tenement building facing Govanhill Park.
Whether your stay is for work or pleasure, everything you need is on the doorstep. Great transport links. Free on-street parking. Plenty of independent bars, restaurants & independent shops and close to 148-acre Queen's Park.
Suitable short or extended stays.
Professionally cleaned, hotel standard linen and toiletries supplied.
In a tenement building (with no lift), it's on a 2nd floor which will keep you fit during your stay :)
We offer you:
- Comfortable bedroom with King-size bed
- Stylish living room
- Bathroom with shower
- Independent fully equipped kitchen
- Dining table seats 4
We can provide a travel cot or high chair upon request.
Please feel free to ask if you require anything additional.
Flexible check in after 4pm.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
