Loved my stay! The bed was comfy , the pillows were soft and not only that, I ordered room service and had the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had! It was the perfect room for my self care night!

Good and Bad!

Hotel is exceptionally clean. Good value for money. Room sadly had no view as window had been 70% boarded off. Bar service not good at all. Waited 30 minutes, and had to ask, for coffee at breakfast.

Very clean room. Beds tops for comfort. Armchairs in bedroom TERRIBLE. Cannot relax in an upright, rigid chair. Nowhere on the ground floor to relax in. I guess next time we’ll choose 5* hotels.

Expedia status meant nothing and was told so at check in, hotel selected due to VIP and won’t be done again. TV not working in room. Terms on Expedia versus check in is a huge mismatch
