The room was very dark, the lighting was not the best. The ceiling had a metal part that was coming off as if it was not bolted correctly. Room service was constantly switching the temperature and they said we had room service but we couldn’t order room service.

Our room 433 was nice however it was right next to the staff room and from 8am staff were in and out slamming the door, a clear disregard for anyone who were sleeping or trying to. I did go out Saturday morning to ask if the slamming of the door could stop as it was every 5 minutes. It didnt stop so both morning an early rise, we always stay here but unsure if we will return.

The room and staff were very good but your web site said there was free parking at the hotel which was one of the reasons i booked it, not only was there not free parking , there was no parking at all, i had to park 2 blocks away
