The Space:
Step inside this charming condominium and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your getaway. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a fun and functional space with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, ideal for families or groups. The 1/2 bathroom is located inside the second bedroom for convenience. The open-concept kitchen and living area provide a welcoming space to relax and connect. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with the Spectrum Cable app, and stay connected with the strong WiFi network. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

In the winter you can enjoy the Homestead Resort ski hill for downhill excitement! Or explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes! There are miles of trails inside the Resort and more just a short drive away.

In the summer you can float the shallow, warm waters of the Crystal River that is directly in front of the condo all the way out to Lake Michigan! There is a footbridge just steps from the condo that leads to a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. Walk the beach or stroll alongside the boardwalk which stretches for blocks just outside the condo building. And the new-extended paved bike path comes right up to the entrance of the Homestead Resort.

NOTE: this rental is privately owned and, although it is located inside The Homestead Resort property, it is not part of The Homestead. Therefore, this condo does not include access to the Homestead Resort pools or tennis courts. You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all of the grounds and beach area, public restaurants, golf (ski hill in the winter), spa, salon, and the shops in the Village. Public tennis courts are available in Glen Arbor.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private entrance, two bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy free parking in the gated parking lot. You'll receive a door code a few days before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled within the Homestead Resort, our Tall Timbers condominium offers a prime location directly on the Crystal River, with easy access to the stunning Lake Michigan Beach via bridges on either side. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the resort's hiking trails and dining at its various restaurants. One kayak is provided for your enjoyment, and more could be rented. The charming town of Glen Arbor, with its unique shops and dining options, is just a short 5-minute drive away, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and local exploration.

Getting Around:
Getting around Glen Arbor is easy! You'll find yourself just a short 5-minute drive from the heart of Glen Arbor. For day trips, Leland is about 25 minutes away by car, and the vibrant city of Traverse City is approximately 35 minutes away. Free parking is available on the premises. While public transportation options are limited in this area, driving offers convenient access to nearby attractions and towns.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the coin-operated washer and dryer are available on the lower level of the condominium building. This rental does not include use of the pools at the Homestead.
