Our two families with four small children enjoyed our stay here. Our main purpose was to visit Story Land, which is within walking distance (though the walk there is much easier than the walk back). Once we figured out how to fit the baby gate securely at the top of the stairs (which was tricky at first but doable), our adventurous toddlers were able to roam safely in the open concept living area. There was only a/c on the upper floor and not in the 3 garden-level bedrooms, but it cooled down considerably at night even after a 90 degree day, and aided by placement of fans to guide the cool air downstairs, we all slept comfortably - the blackout shades helped too. Most impressive was the prompt response from our host when we texted him about the oven malfunctioning on our first night. A handyman came immediately, and a brand new oven was installed within a few hours.
