Featuring a prime oceanfront location, an open layout, and in-home laundry, this beach escape provides every comfort and convenience in a gorgeous setting. Spend your days combing the beach for treasures, and your evenings sipping a glass of wine on the private balcony while taking in the spectacular ocean view.



What's nearby:

Bella Beach Beauty is as close to the action as you can get. Spend some time at the Depoe Bay Whale Watching Center (four miles south) or head out on a charter boat excursion to look for the distinctive spray of gray whales while you do some fishing. Play a few rounds at Salishan Golf Course in tranquil Gleneden Beach (two miles north) and make your way through beautiful forested grounds with bay views.

First the good... the view is amazing and the condo has a really nice pool, sauna, pool, and ping pong, pool and foosball tables. We had a blast. Wonderful walk on the beach. Looks like the owners are working on updating the unit - both bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated and are very well done. Carpet and drapes are older and are dated. Best features - besides the amazing beach view - the property is immaculate, beds are comfy. Love the big reclining chair in the living room. The balcony is amazing too. A few things didn't work - unfortunately the TV and internet had just been removed - guessing they are moving to a different company. A few other things could use some attention (chair covers need replaced, dining room light has a short). If the owners keep updating like they did the bedrooms this place will be perfect. As it is, still a lovely cozy condo (hard to find two bedrooms/two baths in this area) and one we hope to return to.Great location and on a wonderful stretch of beach with great easy access. Would be perfect for storm watching.

The view was fantastic. The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed with all the necessities. Towels, blankets, flatware, dishes and even spices were well stocked. The balcony was large with ample seating. The complex was clean, well maintained and quiet. Communication was great. I am only giving four stars because the condo needs to be updated.

This condo has a beautiful oceanfront location & views. It is conveniently located within walking distance to central Nye Beach with all of the fun shops and restaurants there. Upon arrival, there was an issue with no electricity, however the property management handled this in a professional and timely manner. My family and I were happy and would definitely consider returning.

The place was ok..Beds were absolutely wonderful. Easy access to the beach..View was incredible.NOW negative: stove (oven) didn't work..living room TV had some issue that manager had to come twice. Dishwash didn't clean the dishes had to rewash them. Chair on balcony waa broken. Small toaster wasn't cooking right..We should of been told these things. Needs some major updates..All said would stay again because of location, but will ask questions before book..But a BIG Thank to Nick..

Long weekend wonderful!

The owner's of this property take wonderful care of this unit! The only thing missing in the kitchen, was an electric tea kettle. The lighting above the dining table leaves a lot to be desired, as the lights flicker very much like a strobe light. It made it difficult to enjoy a meal or play games at the dining table. Old and filthy

and are so disappointed with the condition of the place. The carpet is filthy and horribley stained, the windows are so dirty you can not see out of them. We were excited by the fireplace in the photos only to discover a note in it upon arrival that it is out of order. Blanket from the closet had black stains on it, furniture is torn, dinning room light flickered so much you couldn't have it on.

It’s gone downhill

We have stayed here three or four times and this will probably be the last. The stove didn’t work and nobody let us know that we had groceries we couldn’t use because of that. And the coffee maker did not work first time we used it. it flooded the kitchen counters and floor. Luckily the nice people at Cavalier loaned us a coffee pot for our stay.

It was spacious with everything that we needed kitchen was equipped and there is extra blankets. There was dog hair on the living room furniture and on the beds, I thought it was no pets allowed. But in our overall stay was great. We would go back again.

Great spot for watching the surf roll in. The beds are excellent. This place is not achieving its full potential due to lack of simple maintenance. You will notice broken lamps and missing curtains and torn dining chair seats.

Of course the view was wonderful. Not sure if there was an actual beach access from this property. It would have been nice to know. But then we could have asked at the front reception. Has all the amenities you could need. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Still dirty and broken

Read older reviews that were published. My very detailed supposedly public review was submitted weeks ago and never published. This is a second attempt. Things that were mentioned years ago in reviews as needing attention still do- closet door broken, can’t get into laundry room, dirty window treatments, missing or outdated unit instructions . Now two years later add that the furniture and bedding are stained and torn. You get a starter set of partial rolls of TP and P towels. The main microwave is broken and a tiny replacement is on the counter.

Stunning view and a well stocked kitchen for cooking.

This property is located between Lincoln City and Depot Bay, on a beautiful stretch of beach. The property is nicely maintained, the unit is dated, but clean. The carpet appears filthy, this is mentioned in other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise, would not recommend for small children to crawl on, or bare feet. There were a few things that were not in working order that were not big issues, we reported the dining room chandelier has a short in it, the hair drier did not work and the drier made a terrible sound. We were told this was a ground level unit, it is actually on the 3 floor.

Return stay

We have stayed at this property several times and will do so again. The location is perfect for us as is the wonderful views. We continue to request more than one key to access the beach. It was a bit frustrating that no coffee filters were left and the nearest grocery store didn’t have any.
