the property was easy to access, clean and affordable. the four things I noticed were: no wake up call option, no alarm clock or clock in room, no body wash, no face cloth. There was hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower adjusting knob was very stiff and difficult to engage. It has three levels with an elevator and luggage carts. Overall would stay here again.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Didnt like that sink is across the hall from the toilet. There was an odd odor in the bathroom and my husband said shower pressure was poor.

Rooms were clean. Bathroom was not the best set up because no door on the vanity& sink. We had another couple stay with us and it was hard to get ready at 4:39 in the morning without turning the light on to wash your face and put your make up on without the light shining in your face. Bathrooms were very clean and the rooms were.

Everything was great, except the plug did not stay in the bathtub so I could never fill the tub and have a nice relaxing bath, which I always look forward to when I go to this hotel
