This Two-bedroom apartment is located on level 10 and can host a maximum of 5 guests

The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen bed with walk-in shower ensuite
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with toilet and shower over a bath
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and a dining area
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.

Air conditioning is not working.

Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.

During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.

Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

* Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $150 fee will be charged from your bond for evidence of smoking.
* No parties or events are allowed. A $150 fee will be charged from your bond for evidence of parties or events.
* In the case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be charged. If you lock yourself out and require assistance from the host, a fee of $50 will be charged before 10 pm and we are not able to assist with key loss or lockout issues after 10 p.m. every day.
* Check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out will result in a $100 fee. Keys must be returned to our designated location before the check-out time.
* Convenient airport shuttle services are available directly to the apartment. For more information, please check the Skybus website.
