Hi, Disaster Checkin with Serain Key pickup - wasn't able to collect key using the code provided from the confirmed booking Room was not ready and we waited for the cleaner to do the room til late in the night Room had patched up floorings so didn't expect this trip to be like this

Excellent Apartment! Highly recommended.♥️

The apartment is so clean and the design is perfect. So quiet and loving the ambiance and all. Perfect for couple and families to stay. Free parking and very close to surfers paradise. The area wasn't noisy at all and you will enjoy your stay. Excellent!

A bit iffy

The hotel was in great proximity to everything we needed. Great parking, easy access with keykards but also secure. The apartment itself was quite dirty. Lots of dust which triggered asthmatics. Also the batteries need to be changed in the smoke detection, beeping through the night. The floors had not been clean and toenails were in the carpet. The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was leaking onto the wardrobe door and carpet. The main concern was the bed in the main bedroom. The sheets had makeup on them and there were visible handprints on the headboard in what looked like lubricant. With no other option of spare blankets, we had to sleep on the bed. Not cool.

Where do I start, the treasure hunt for the keys. The second key in a different location🙄 The apartment was dirty and run down and depressing. 3 knives, 3 forks, 3 spoons, what’s with that😡 too bad if you want to have anyone around for a bbq, I went out and brought more cutlery. Everything was cheap and nasty. Will never stay there again.

terrible communication. No one is going to answer the phone after hours. No staff to get help. If you are checking in after hours, be careful because they will never going to answer the call if you need help. We couldn’t check in because they haven’t send us the check in details and we were trying to get help but no one answers the phone nor reply to my email for quite a long time. Very disappointing with the communication.

The quality of accommodation was to a high standard, beautiful building. I would like to see the bar area being used for what it is. The area could be heartbeat of the hotel and GP would be the big winner.
