Convenient location in Surfers - within walking distance to food & entertainment. Clean room with great views, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the bar and restaurant were good. Room was in poor condition. Had to get serviceman to room to stop toilet running, sink did not drain, plug didn't work and the flashing light on the security card holder was annoying, so had to cover up with towel each night. Main concern was the lip/step as you enter the bathroom. This is a hazard. My wife and daughter both kicked their toes against the step, with my daughter in tears and toe went purple from bruising. Fortunately nothing broken. We had to roll up a towel and place it against the step to prevent any further issues.

Large lovely rooms, fast room service, restaurant and pool area was really nice and the food was great. Only negative is you can definitely hear the music from downstairs in your room, it’s not too too bad and my kiddos slept through but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Will definitely stay again

Wonderful location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry services or machines would’ve been greatly appreciated as well as a gym. Bed sheets were scratchy and cheap and pillows were flat. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Exceeded all expectations

The Island exceeded all my expectations. The room was super big, was surprised to see it had a large balcony with chairs to hang out, free water bottles and chips each day. Location was near all the action but about a block away so quieter. And had a nice pool, restaurant, and lounge with billiards. Loved the stay.
