Found it very noisy just because where it is needs double glazing to eliminate the noise. Otherwise it’s handy to the trams and surfers is within walking distance and beach only across the road so that’s a bonus. Bit tired inside needs a bit of a makeover but for the price it was just what we needed just very noisy.

Couldnt fault other than maybe some ac if in warmer months, replacement of lifted bench tops and adjust towel roll on door as can not open shower door when bathroom door is closed. Will be definitely booking again.

Fabulous location right across the road from the beach & beach access point. Being very close to the Gold Coast Tram stop made it easy to get around without a car. The receptionist was very friendly & welcoming. I loved my stay at The Shore Apartments.

Loved having a balcony with ocean view. Property in a convenient location so close to transport, shopping & restaurants. Our apartment was cleaned half way through our stay of 8 nights, providing fresh sheets & towels, which we haven't experienced in other budget apartments. A pity other places we have stayed don't do this! The natural light in the apartment was brilliant. A fan in the living & bedroom made it comfortable for April. Some Foxtel channels are provided, which was great for us to watch AFL games. Dorothy on reception was friendly & informative. We made use of the laundry which was straight across from our room. We had a very comfortable stay at Shore Apartments, so if the price is right we would love to stay again!

A great value and comfortable apartment

Good size and well equipped apartment. Good value for money. Some bits are a bit tired but nothing that would stop us from staying there again. Great views from 11th floor. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location. Walkable to town and shops. 2 hours free parking at Coles which is close by. All in all a very good apartment that is good in many ways.

We booked for 2 weeks, Wotif said there was wifi only to find we were limited to 500mb a day for us both! Thats laughable. We were only given 1 towel each and we had to purchase more towels if we wanted them. Wotif also listed LAUNDRY as though the room had one, staying for 2 weeks, i was looking for a hotel room with a washing machine, again only to find the hotel has public ones that you need to pay to use. It's actually very hard to get cash out with an international credit card. So that really lowered the opinion of our overall stay, even tho the room was tidy and clean and had a great view, we couldnt get past these disappointing moments.

It was ok if you want to go on a budget holiday and still close to cavill, the pool and spa were heated obviously if you have kids its not going to be the best entertainment but if you went as young adults or with a couple of other partners the bbq area is nice and clean. No aircon in the rooms and the ocean front apartments face the sea so when the sun comes up it gets pretty hot in those rooms even with the blinds down and the ceiling fan doesnt really do much to provide relief. half the apartments appear to be either owner occupied or tenanted. parking onsite is pretty good both basement parking and ground level at the rear of the site easy check in and check out.
