Great location and pool/BBQ area. Staff are FANTASTIC and very accomodating! The only downside was our TV wasn’t playing the movie channel properly.

Property is showing age. Dishwasher was broken, under sink was dirty and tv reception was intermittent. Sink was missing plugs but were given one when asked. Bath towels had holes and were ripped. Great location just needs some tlc.

Wyndham an easy place to check in & syay

I loved the oven!! It was easy to use, the tray inside especially, as some old oven trays I use I need to put foil on to make it to make it easier to use. The laundry was too as more modern Washing machine & dryer I'll always found better to use too. Having a television in the bedroom was another "creature comforts" available.

This hotel was close enough to walk along the Main street in Surfer's Paradise but far enough to be relatively quiet. There was a slight error with another guest being given the same room as us. The employee apologized for her error and compensated us with coffee and muffins. We were happy with our stay.

We stayed in apartment No. 1702. Great location and views out to sea from the balcony, open plan kitchen and lounge area and the two bedrooms. All facilities such as washing machine and dryer are in excellent working conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped and all necessities are provided in all rooms. However, the mattresses in the bedrooms are alittle on the stiff side. The large sliding door between the lounge area/balcony was very difficult to pull open. Although the apartment needs a revamp of its paintwork, and a replacement of a bathtub, the apartment is spacious, functions well and its clean throughout.

I loved the self contained room… was very reasonably priced and made our stay very easy and convenient. Set in a FANTASTIC location with everything like transport, shops and entertainment at your door step. The reception staff were so very nice and welcoming and offered lots of information about the area, and the view from our balcony was beautiful. If I had to be overly picky and find anything wrong it would probably be the knives provided in the kitchen were very blunt. Would highly recommend staying here!
