Hotel was fine. Breakfast area was clean which is a pet peeve of mine. Only problem was I showered 3 times in a two night stay and never had hot water. Morning and evening. Shower this morning started well but was tepid after two minutes.

Great property. Convenient for shopping and doning options. Disappointed that my king suite had did not have the bathroom remodel. Also heating the pool would be nice. I was definitely looking forward to a swim but it was too cold

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Accomdations were met well. When i booked my stay i requested wheelchair accessible room. I recieved a phone call shortly after letting me know they only had 1 room left that was wheelchair friendly, but the shower was being repaired. Actually it was usable, but the repair wasnt "pretty" and they took it out of booking. They iffered it to us and I thought the repair was fine. We had a great stay!! Cookies (fresh baked) in lobby when you enter. Friendly staff! Clean rooms. Safe area.

Every single staff memeber from the manager, front desk , to all the cleaning staff and maintenance are the most amazing people! Being personable in the hospitality industry is key. Cleanliness is top priority for me and it met my standards. My mini fridge was not cooling and the manager had maintenance their immediately. Shelanda and Katelynn from front desk really deserve recognition for being extremly kind and helpful. Not only did they make it easy to extend my stay, but they were kind enough to also help with something outside there scope of work and provided guidance on home search in the nearby areas as I am in the middle of a home search. It showed so much humanity in a challenging time. Thank you to all the staff.
