The hotel first got our booking wrong, then the room given is totally different from the pictures on the web page and on Expedia. Dirty toilet and shower, no shower wall so all the water went everywhere, sink was blocked and unhelpful receptionist. No towels given and only given when asked, room had funny smell.

Far from a 4 stars hotel really... Never seen a bathroom that old, the shower cabin is so small and has no door. Every time you shower you will get so much water on the floor and on the toilet. Lot of issues with the hot/cold water on the first 2 days.(Our stay was only 3-4 days). Really not helpful when the weather is so hot and you have to shower. The breakfast was not so great, I really doubt on the quality of the food served there. The view of the room and terrace were disappointing. You might want to think about using real drying racks to hang towels? The road bringing to the hotel is a bit of a mess. The good points are: Great location near to the beach The bed was really confortable Unfortunately not a good value for money.

Das Hotel ist bis auf das Badezimmer in einem top Zustand. Es wird alles sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das dazugehörige Restaurant war das Beste in dem wir in der Umgebung waren. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer waren super. Die Badezimmer hatten alles was man braucht. Es waren einige Reparatur- und Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Das Personal war besonders zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Hotel, Lobby Restaurant sehr nobel, Bars haben 24h geöffnet, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt in zweiter Strandreihe, der weg ist nicht weit. Frühstück in Buffetform mit viel Auswahl.

Scammers !! Lost hotel reservation

I made a reservation for this hotel months before arrival. When I arrived at the hotel they told that my booking didn’t exist while hotel.com and expedia confirmed that my booking was correct. Hotels.com / expedia had to relocate me to another hotel as the Atrium deluxe resort did not provide a room and refused to pick up the phone from hotels.com / expedia customer services. I am sure they sold my room for a higher price as it was high season. Scammers!! Do not stay in this hotel!!

Everything there was great. The hotel is very close to the beach, everything was clean and most importantly - the whole staff was friendly and really helpful. They even helped us to fix our broken car and drove us to the next car repair shop!
