The Conciergerie Rémi Griffoul presents ‘Le refuge Balte’, a pretty 125m² Norman house classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home in Gonneville-sur-Honfleur, ideal for up to 7 people.

It features an entrance with storage to settle in comfortably.
A living room equipped with a TV and a functional fireplace (wood provided) invites relaxation, while the adjoining dining area is perfect for sharing convivial moments.
The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a microwave and dishwasher, allows you to prepare meals effortlessly. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a single bed (90x190 cm) is placed on the landing. An en-suite bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), leads to a living room providing access to another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm).
A second living room allows access to a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, offering a comfortable space for all occupants.

Outside, the house offers a furnished terrace with a table, ideal for outdoor meals. You can also enjoy a large elevated terrace with a breathtaking view of the Pays d'Auge valley, perfect for unforgettable aperitifs or memorable yoga and meditation sessions.

For pure relaxation, indulge in the wellness area designed to provide a serene escape. Imagine soaking in a Nordic wood-fired hot tub, where wood-heated water offers an authentic and soothing outdoor experience. Complement this with a session in the Estonian sauna for absolute relaxation, making your stay a unique experience.

You can also park up to 4 vehicles comfortably in the enclosed courtyard with a gate, offering security and convenience for your travels. A standard electrical outlet is available for charging electric vehicles.

A gardener will be on hand every fortnight on Mondays between 2pm and 6pm to maintain the exterior.

Clean and well-behaved pets are welcome, and an internet connection is included to stay connected throughout your stay.

Located in the peaceful setting of the Pays d'Auge on the Normandy coast, near the center of Honfleur (8 minutes by car) and Deauville/Trouville (20 minutes by car), this house offers all the necessary comfort for a memorable stay, combining tranquility, conviviality, and well-being.

We take care of everything. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival, shampoo and shower gel are available, welcome products and cleaning are included.
Tourist information, good addresses, and tips will be shared upon arrival.
