The adjoining dining area encourages slow, easy connection, while the lounge is furnished with plush sofas and a Smart TV, setting the scene for movie nights or lazy afternoons.

Step outside, and the pace slows instantly. The fully fenced backyard becomes your own private retreat. Fire up the barbecue for easy alfresco dining, gather around the fire pit as evening falls, or simply relax beneath wide skies with the sound of the ocean carried on the breeze. The covered patio provides a perfect nook for morning coffee, and the lawn invites barefoot afternoons and stargazing nights.

Each bedroom is individually styled to feel like its own retreat. The primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite, and soft morning light through sheer curtains. The second and fourth bedrooms each include a queen bed and single bed, while the third bedroom offers a restful queen bed framed by soft coastal tones. The main bathroom includes a deep bath and walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing after a beach day, and all linen and towels are provided so you can arrive ready to unwind.

Practical touches such as a laundry, ducted heating and cooling, and convenient on-site and street parking make every stay easy.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval. $75 pet fee applies. Fully fenced yard.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
