Restaurant food was really disappointing and could not find how to order. QR code took us to a commercial site with Townhouse not visible. Finally found a number on website which didn’t answer. Then phoned reception who ordered. When tired and hungry don’t want to have to make things that hard. Have a menu and say phone reception. King mattress needs an update. Pillows need an update. Room is great. Such a shame not to invest a little bit of time and care to make it fit the amenities.

Room was very comfortable and clean. There were items to purchase in the fridge and snacks in the room also to purchase. While we didn’t have breakfast it was available to be served to our room. Safe off road parking with the area locked up at 10pm, you could get a code to come in after 10pm. Such a great idea. Felt very safe.

The staff were very helpful and were eager to please you. The room was well appointed, clean and reminiscent of times gone by were there were snacks and drinks offered should you choose to buy them. The restaurant was great after the long drive with good value meals and top service. Well done.

Bathroom could do with better cleaning of floor. Bed needs a new Matress bit to sagy. Might need to place extra Towels in room fr Swimming pool use in summer. Everything else was great. People are great and helpfull.

Desk staff person was helpful from the start. Rooms while old, had been renovated, were very clean, everything worked, linen was spotless & fresh. The only negative was the room had an exposed ceiling beam that had accumulated dust in top. This was dispersed throughtout room when ceiling fan was turned on aggravating asthma. I would highly recommend this motel & it will be my goto when traveling this way again.
