WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.

This wonderfully appointed cabin was our destination over Thanksgiving. The host went over the top to make sure our stay was the best experience. Not only was the cabin exceptionally clean, she even decorated it for Christmas which was stunning! The property was very private even though it was so close to town. All the little things were thought of, so no need to over pack! My husband and I found new favorite getaway and will be back!

The cabin was our perfect little cabin in the woods for my husband and I for our mini honeymoon following our wedding. The cabin was comfy, with lots of places to relax. We felt like we were in our own little oasis. It was also a great jumping off point for day trips to local state parks amd the Shawnee National Forest, which allowed us to get some hiking in (which is something we love to do together). We hope to return for an anniversary trip in the future!

The cabin is wonderful. Almost everything you would need is already there waiting for you. It is very private and secluded. It is very cozy for being so modern. The beds and linens are top notch. We noticed that there were hardly any mosquitoes or house flies there. That was nice! If I had any complaints also so you know I’m being totally honest is that you are a bit close to the interstate. That causes the noise pollution to be a bit annoying. You hear the sounds of nature with the hum of cars and semis on the interstate. It wasn’t so annoying that we couldn’t stand it. It’s just really the only negative thing to say.

Impeccable property

Such a cute, modern, clean property! They thought of every amenity from extra box fans in the closets to bathrobes for the hot tub and roasting sticks for s’mores. Sits exactly between Little Grand Canyon and Garden of the Gods (an hour drive from both) allowing us to do both hikes. Everything you could need in the kitchen to cook in. Such a tranquil and peaceful setting!

Perfect spot for short hiking trip

My daughter and I were hiking in the nearby state parks and booked this cabin for the night. This is a very nice property which although small makes great use of limited spaces. Newly remodeled and very clean. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy and is set back from the road with great privacy. Easy access to I57 though did get some road noise which is probably not much of an issue when the trees are leafed out. The hotub was perfect after a long day on the trails. Will definitely book again when I come back for cycling trip. Easy access to Goreville, state parks, SNF, and highway.

We loved our stay at this modern, well appointed get away. Close to the highway and Marion, where there are restaurants and shopping. The house was just like the pictures. Some great adds were the record player and games for the family. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit. Would highly recommend.

Special Place!

A group of 3 ladies stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy a long holiday weekend. The house and property were well above our expectations. The pictures of the property are great, but do not reflect just how special this place is for a relaxing stay. Everything is well thought out..from the linens, furniture and decor to the extra features such as the electric fireplace, lighting, hot tub, and fire pit. The decor is incredible with high end pieces. Home is super clean and fresh. All utensils, cookware, etc., match and all items are in place. No detail has been overlooked. We enjoyed sitting on the private back deck and feeling close to nature. The basement is very comfortable and provides extra living space if needed. Decor and details are just as good on that level. Nice landscaping, well maintained yard. By far, this is the best rental I have ever stayed in. We were all thoroughly impressed! Highly recommend.
