Great little getaway location, clean and affordable! This property is in the middle of nowhere, but 30ish minutes to Sunday River and the price is worth it. The rooms are dated but they are clean and the staff is very welcoming. There is a restaurant on the property for convenience and although we did not use the indoor pool, we have in the past when the kids were younger. No frills place to stay and sleep within 30 minutes of some great ski/outdoor areas!

Great hotel find! Clean and spacious rooms. Pool and hottub were both clean and warm. Great onsite restaurant with live music, the prime rib was amazing! We will be back

The Inn sits on a lovely property in Gorham with a beautiful view of local nature. My friend and I were there in the winter for skiing. They had a nice breakfast option, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool in the evening after a long day on the slopes. The town is also cute. We ate at a local brewery one evening with a live band playing and tasty food. I would stay there again.

All That I Needed

I was very happy with my stay. The room was comfortable, understand not over the top luxury or bare bones either just a comfortable spacious room. The pool area was warm and accessible via an inside hallway from my room. I did have one winter specific problem, not the hotel's fault. The next room over arrived by snowmobile. They started to warm up their snowmobile at 7:30 and left it idling for over 30 minutes. My room filled up with exhaust and unburnt gasoline fumes. Only concern and not the hotel's fault.

Un-welcoming Front Desk clerk

Upon our arrival the front desk clerk told us our King room had been switched to a double bed. I told her that was not what I booked and showed her my confirmation. She then had the worst attitude and told me nothing she could do. When I asked for a refund and said I would go elsewhere, some how a King room miraculously was available. She was rude , no apologies and not a thank you for staying. The bed is like sleeping on a brick, other than that the room is very large and spacious. I will not be staying here again.
