Nice Stay for Christmas

We had a very pleasant visit. With the queen and single bed in the room it was a tight squeeze. Other than that it was pleasant.

Hotel com bom custo benefício. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. O café da manhã era bom. O quarto para casal e uma criança foi com camas de solteiro unidas, não eram muito confortáveis. Para a região, o custo estava bom.

Poderia ter sido melhor se o ar condicionado ficasse em um local apropriado,pois onde está instalado não oferta refrigeração ao quarto, aliás ele nem funciona corretamente, ou então ter a opção de ventilador, o lugar é muito quente, deixando sem condições de ficar no ambiente a noite sem sofrer por conta do calor. Ventiladores seria uma ótima saída. (Quarto 307/3° andar).

Experiencia não agradável

A experiência ruim começou na recepção com atendentes mal humoradas e sem preparo para o atendimento ao público, isso se mabteve durante toda a estadia. Seguiu por uma limpeza mal feita, com mesa de centro sujas e com telefone completamente empoeirado, tivemos que pedir para limpar (o que deveria ser o obvio), quarto malmente varrido. Café nada alem do básico e isso nos atendeu tranquilamente, mas o que conta na experien ia é o atendimento dos funcionarios, e no caso da recepcao, sempre que os acionava, nao foi legal. Uma pena, pois o hotel nao é ruim, mas merece um cuidado maior por parte da gestao nos detalhes qur fazem a diferença.
