Very nice, better than other motel/hotels in the area. Two tiles broken in bathroom, but no water damage noted. Could use new sleeper sofa and chair, looked a bit worn out with obvious stains.

We had to replace the bed sheets ourselves when we got there because there was hair and dirt particles on the bed after we pulled down the sheets to get in bed. No soap was in the shower or at the sink, only a tiny shampoo bottle. The ceiling looks like it had a water leak at some point that was not properly patched up and painted over. The outdoor patio furniture wasn't at all what was in the photos, didn't even have a fireplace outside, and one of the hot tubs was green and disgusting. Not at all what I thought it was going to be.

Hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent. They had a full night before so when we arrived the room was not ready but the lady at the front desk figured it out for us and got us in a room! The room looked and felt great, it was clean! The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because 1. the hot tubs were not working or not on, we were really looking forward to that since it was advertised! and 2. the bed's had so many lumps in them like they were very old. Other than that, great stay!!

Stay somewhere else

It was fine but will be our last stay there. The room was dirty, and we didn't get any tissues or hand soap. The shower curtain had mold and stains - as did the tub. Breakfast was dismal. The coffee was like water, and by 8am, selection was pretty limited on refrigerated items - only 1 yogurt left and some butter. The powdered eggs, sausage patties, and waffles were as expected (not good). There's no A/C in the stairwells, so they were hot. I can't imagine how hot they will be in summer, as it was only May. There are several similary-priced hotels in the area, so I will try one of those next time instead.

Homeless living in the parking lot. Key card reader coming into the building don’t work. They actually aren’t even hooked up. Rocks and towels holding the doors open all night. I went to check the temperature in the hot tubs they were cold. Got locked out and had to call the staff to come get me. They responded by telling me to make sure I used a towel to prop it open if I went out again. Water doesn’t get hot And very little pressure. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was kind.

The staff was super friendly and while our room was clean the hotel elevator was very dirty and unclean for 4 days in our stay. The water pressure was awful. The shower didn’t put much water out and we had to flush the toilet two or three times. Again the only thing great was the lady working the front desk.

Nice hotel would stay again

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel decor in lobby also very nice and clean. If I had to say one area that could be improved would be the trash cans in the breakfast area. That was a bit disturbing to see considering it is near food. Not just the outside but inside around the lid.

There was only luke warm water for showers every night in our 3 night stay No lighting in room only 2 table lamps on one side of room. Could not see anything in the evening in the room. It is against the law to ask what the purpose of my service dog is for.

Got a large suite. No pillow or extra blankets for sofa bed, no kleenex in bathroom. Not worth the $$. Went down to use pool. Regular pool clean, ice cold. Smaller old hot tub inoperable, dirty. Average, below average breakfast. Parking lot very small, had to park on street at night after we got in late.
