Sandbar Living – Bayfront Camp with Private Pier & Sandbar Access

Sandbar Living offers the ultimate Grand Isle experience — beautiful bay views, private pier access, and the perfect setup for relaxing or reeling in your next catch. Conveniently located just before the Grand Isle Bridge on West Central Avenue, this property sits directly in front of the sandbar, providing a unique and peaceful waterfront escape for families, friends, and fishermen.
The private pier is now complete, allowing guests to fish and crab right from the end section. You can also enjoy kayaking or wading from the sandbar (depending on the tide), and smaller boats may dock at the pier when water levels allow. Please note that the pier does not have lights for night fishing, but the Grand Isle Public Fishing Bridge is just a short walk away.
From the covered front porch, take in stunning bay sunrises and colorful sunsets each day. 
The downstairs area features a large, well-lit cemented space ideal for boils, BBQs, or relaxing hangouts after a day of fishing or beach time. Guests can even cross the Grand Isle Bridge by golf cart or side-by-side to access the beach area.
