We stayed here for a 4th of July family vacation. We chose a king suite, which had a separate “living” area with a sofa that turned into a pullout bed. It was the perfect setup for our family of four. The room was clean. The bedding was crisp and freshly laundered. The kitchenette was fully stocked with utensils, dining ware and miscellaneous cookware. Although it wasn’t very useful to us as we dined out primarily, it was nice knowing we had it. The breakfast that was served daily was okay.. lots of options, but basically hotel breakfast food. The pool is small, but it was great to let our kids splash around in. The fitness center was very nice! Lots of equipment to use and the center was so clean. The staff we interacted with were pleasant. Overall it was a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Bad service + bad shower= Bad weekend

Customer service at checking was bad. We arrived at 2.30, instead of telling us the room wasn't ready, they tried to put us in a smaller room without adjusting the rate. Was told our room wouldn't be ready til 3.30, so we had to leave and come back. Upon return they didn't know if room was ready, and couldn't figure out how to assign the room in their computer system. Didn't get settled until after 4pm. Most disappointing thing was the shower and lack of water pressure. We were very disappointed

Staff were very nice and respectful. I ended up giving cleanliness 4 stars because the first room we walked into had not been cleaned very well. However, the manager did give us a different room once it was brought to her attention. Pool was small but the kids still had fun. Loved that they had a firepit to relax in front of. Will stay again.
