carpets in room were awful - extremely bad and limited lighting in the room - annoying LED's that were irritating to the eyes.... the breakfast food options were also very, very limited. No one appeared to be servicing the am rush.....Pancake machine was subpar. NO other food options other than oatmeal, yogurt or apples (or bread)

It was clean

It was clean. Breakfast is very lacking. The only food choices were greek yogurt which is an acquired taste, red apples, instant oatmeal and a pancake maker. I have to say at least they had a pancake maker.

Breakfast sucked

I was very disappointed when i go to have breakfast and literally there was nothing there. It said till 9 am. I went there at 815 am this morning. Tou should make sure there is food put or enough till the time you say. Its not wotmrth paying extra for breakfast when you disnt jave anything

The room had a damp or mildew odor possibly coming from the air conditioner. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed very clean. The breakfast had a lot to be desired. Only half a glass of orange juice remaining,no milk for the oatmeal, they say they don't have milk. Won't stay there again.

The front desk person was racist. She kept asking for the 2nd person ID she had us standing up for more than 30mins without saying a word or letting me know what the “problem” was. Making faces and looked annoyed. The reason why I believe she was racist is because she checked in a couple before me and never asked for another ID and was very nice to them. (Yes, they were white).

I was charged twice and STILL trying to get it resolved! Night shift had to finish her cigarette before she came inside to the front desk to assist me. Place is very old and run down. Lumpy bed. It was a choice due to sold out accommodations. I should have slept in my car!
