I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Hyatt Place hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. My room was not only clean but also modern and well-appointed, featuring a refrigerator, coffee maker, and an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets for comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautifully designed outdoor space adjacent to the marina, which provided a serene environment for relaxation. I also loved the complimentary buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious food options that catered to everyone’s tastes. Additionally, I enjoyed the amenities available, including a pool and a well-equipped gym that I made use of during my visit. When I booked my stay, I’ve booked a king size bed, but upon arrival I was told hat only a double queen is available, and the room got double booked. Hotels.com customer service did nothing to resolve this problem with Hyatt, so we ended up staying in the double queen bed room.
