• Room for the Whole Crew: 1 King Primary Suite + a Rollaway, 4 Double Queen Rooms, a Bunk Room with 4 Queens and 4 Twins, plus additional sleeps in the living room and theater!
• Private boat dock for your lake enjoyment, including slips to bring your own boat or store your rental! Slips available include a 14x38 or a 12x34ft slip, both without lifts.
• Family-Fun Activated: An indoor slide takes you from the movie theater down to the laundry room, and an 18x32 ft pool with 270* views and water park features, plus a beautiful pavilion area - ready for a splashing good time!
• Entertainment Galore: Large game room overlooking the water with a wet bar, pool table, ping pong table, and tons of games. Plus, enjoy your favorite flick in the private movie theater!

Other Things to Note:
• We supply propane for the grills
• Wood is not provided for the fire pit
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD, however, roads may ice over and become difficult in winter.

For Your Safety and Peace of Mind:
• A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience
• An interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell, without video/audio monitoring inside
• Unmonitored cameras are present surrounding the exterior for liability purposes.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines:
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after, depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
