Come and discover this beautiful 100 m² house in the heart of the charming village of Graye-sur-Mer! It's the ideal place to stay with family or friends, for up to 7 people.
You'll have a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a utility room, a shower room, 3 bedrooms and a large paved courtyard and small garden for relaxing outdoors.
Bed linen and towels extra. Pets welcome.

The house :
The accommodation is made up as follows:

Ground floor:
- An entrance hall.
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa, coffee table, TV and fireplace, and a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A utility room.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: one double bed and one pull-out bed (two single beds, ideal for children), wardrobe.

Avis mitigé sur l'hébergement. Intérieur vieillot : portes qui ferment difficilement ou pas du tout dans une des salles-de-bain/WC... Escalier qui craque bruyamment : pas possible de l'emprunter la nuit sans réveiller tous les dormeurs. La cour est agréable par beau temps, un peu dommage qu'elle soit si négligée. Quant aux 600m de la mer... c'est sans doute mesuré à vol d'oiseau; pour nous pauvres bipèdes, il fait compter 1km200 qui peuvent se faire, il est vrai, par des sentiers agréables. Le petit village est charmant ; tous les commerces sont situés dans le village voisin (environ 2/3km). Les environs offrent de nombreuses possibilités de visites et distractions. Le frigo, tombé en panne le 2 jour (après les commissions !), nous a été remplacé dès le lendemain. Les échanges téléphoniques avec l'agence étaient rapides et efficaces. Aucun contact humain : téléphones ou intermédiaires électroniques uniquement : les seniors s'y perdent ! Quant aux communications de la plateforme de location en anglais uniquement... pénible pour qui ne pratique pas aisément cette langue.

Agréable location

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour à Graye sur mer. La proximité de la plage sauvage, les chemins de promenade à pieds comme à velo, le calme ont beaucoup plu à toute la famille.A refaire !

Nous sommes satisfaits dans l'ensemble de cette location. Des points à améliorer : le canapé 2 places pour 7 personnes insuffisant et pas très confortable... Un peu sombre côté salle à manger. J'ai envoyé deux messages sms à la conciergerie, restés sans réponse pour indiquer une fuite d'eau. Mais le cadre est agréable et la maison était propre.

Agréable sejour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement propre et bien équipé. Le seul souci que nous pouvons souligné c’est la gestion des ordures ménagères car il n’y a pas de bac il faut aller en ville et en voiture pour déposer les déchets et il faut avoir une carte donc un peu compliqué !

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle demeure. Cependant, je ne sais pas si c est une société qui fait le ménage mais il y a certains endroits qui méritent un peu plus d attention. Aussi, je trouve que d amener les poubelles à Courseulles-sur-Mer est une contrainte. Pourquoi une telle mesure? Le services des ordures ne passe pas à Graye-sur-Mer? Pour finir, la maison est très belle et super bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et de surcroît la maison est idéalement située. Nous reviendrons c est évident. Merci encore

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, nah zum Strand ,modern eingerichtet,hätte etwas sauberer sein können,aber nicht schlimm.Leider kein Bäcker in der Nähe.Haben uns aber wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche verbracht .

Very nice house with character we enjoyed

We had a very nice stay in Graye-sur-Mer and enjoyed the house. The house is quite nice, has a certain character from 1850th and is newly restored. We even enjoyed the nice place in front of the house as it is closed from the street. Kitchen and furniture are quite new. Large rooms also for the kids. We would come again!

Maison sympa, conciergerie abscente

Maison grande, sympa et bien située, conciergerie abscente qui ne réponds pas aux messages, pas d'état des lieux, ménage approximatif, machine à café défectueuse, la plaque de cuisson qui surchauffais, une ampoule sur cinq au lustre de la salle à manger, heureusement, elle n'a pas claquée, des toiles d'araignée, les poussières pas faites , bref, dommage, une belle maison dans un bel environnement malheureusement négligée et pas mise en valeur.
