If all you want is a bed to sleep in, it’s ok. If you want any creature comforts, this is not for you. No fridge, no coffee maker, basically no nothing except a comfortable bed.

Newly upgraded, rooms were excellent! Only negative is there was not a microwave, small refrigerator was great! I was there 3 days and I microwave would have been a nice option! Every other aspect of the stay was excellent!

Best bang for the buck

It’s all about the money.

My husband had surgery that morning and we were staying because he had a recheck the next morning and we live over an hour away. Clerk said they had a room available, but because we booked through Hotels.com and not Hilton, she couldn’t waive the early check in fee. So we had to sit in the car for nearly 2 hours until she would check us in. I guess at Hilton, it’s all about the money instead of human kindness. Please let them know.
