There was no toilet paper in our room. There was no body wash/soap in our room. The refrigerator froze all of our drinks. There was no iron to iron my shirt. I reserved a top floor room when i booked four months in advance and was told the top floor was full literally 30 min after check in was allowed. The pancake machine for breakfast was broken and has been briken since Thanksgiving 2024 when i was there before but was told it just broke so there was nothing my kids would eat for breakfast. The staff was rude at the front desk. It sounded like a heard of buffalo was in the room above us had to go to front desk at midnight to get it to stop. There is better options around the stadium. I will not stay here agian. I dont advise anyone to stay here. 1000 dollars for 2 nights with this kind of service. Yeah there is better around.

Nice sports bar across the parking lot and another fine dining place there also. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always ready and good. Clean breakfast area with good service.

This hotel is good for a quick weekend stay. Our room was tidey but not that clean and the walls are paper thin.

Rob and his front desk staff (all of them, not just one) were great. They made sure we had everything we needed. We had a minor issue, but they fixed it for us right away. Wish there were more breakfast options and better parking, but we'd definitely stay there again if in the area just because of the staff.

From check in to check out it was an excellent experience! The room was clean, spacious and quiet. 24/7 coffee in the lobby and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and we asked for a late check out and they extended it to 12 for us which was awesome! We will definitely be staying there again!

The property is in excellent condition. It seems that it was recently renovated. Room cleaning condition is exemplary Acoustic isolation is not good. You can hear every single movement from the room above yours.
