Tämä lämmin kutsuva koti, joka on kunnostettu ylhäältä alas, sijaitsee kirjaimellisesti Lambeaun varjossa .4 mailia tai 2 korttelia. Se on 3 täyttä makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyammeet. Koti nukkuu 10 mukavasti. Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Lambeau-kentältä ja Titletownin kaupunginosasta! Se on myös kävelyetäisyydellä stadionin baareista, useista ravintoloista ja Resch-keskuksesta. Pysäköi kerralla etkä aja ajoa loput loman. Pysäköinti on riittävästi kaikille vieraille. Jos joku voisi kävellä takapihaltä suoraan Packer Pro-Shoppiin, se olisi vain 680 jalkaa.

Nauti takapihalla olevasta upeasta näkymästä Americas Most Treasured NFL -stadionille, jossa voit luukkua. Takapihalla on patio, kaasugrilli ja lisäistuimet.

Kodissa on avoin konsepti, olohuone / ruokailutila / keittiö ja lisäksi olohuone sijaitsee täysin kalustetussa kellarissa. Jokaisella tasolla on aivan uusia täysikokoisia kylpyhuoneita. Jokaisessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on 32 tuuman TV. Jokaisessa olohuoneessa on älykkäitä 50 "-televisioita. Kaikki lakanat, pyyhkeet, tyynyt ja peitot toimitetaan. Meillä on myös ilmapatja saatavilla pyynnöstä. Alemmalla tasolla on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu omaan käyttöösi.

Upouusi mukautettu keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Siinä on uudet vaahterakaapit, uudet työtasot ja laitteet. Laitteisiin kuuluu liesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja jääkaappi jääpalakoneella. Keittiössä on myös 12 kupin kahvinkeitin, crockpot, tehosekoitin ja leivänpaahdin. Keittiössä on keskisaari, jossa on 6 istuinta ja edessä on lisäpöytä, jossa on 2 paikkaa.

Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta. Kaksi sisältää upouusi queen-size-vuodetta, yksi sisältää uuden king-size-vuoteen. Täysin uusittu kellarissa on täysin kalustettu queen-size-vuodesohva ja loveseat. Alakerrassa on pubipöytä, johon mahtuu 4. Alakerrassa on lisäksi queen-size-vuode, joka on ositettu yksityisyyden vuoksi.

Kiinteistössä on WiFi ja U-Verse TV. Neljässä televisiossa on suoratoistosovellukset, joihin kuuluvat Netflix ja Roku. 3 makuuhuoneessa on pikalaturit puhelimien lataamiseen. Tarjoamme myös Pack 'N Play -palvelun, jos tuodaan pikkulasiasi jäämään.

We stayed at this home in Green Bay to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday, and it was the perfect spot! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. You really can’t beat the location—just steps from Lambeau Field, which made the experience even more fun. Bonnie, the property manager, was wonderful to work with—very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the stadium!

Packer Pilgrimage

This house was perfect for our football loving family!One of our sons is a Packer fan, and the rest of us love football. We traveled to Green Bay to tour Lambeau and attend a preseason game. This home provided ample space for our family of four. We could have had another family join us! Neat, clean and organized! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels/kitchen supplies. Everything felt fresh and new.The Packer garage was an added bonus. The proximity to Lambeau was very walkable and convenient!If we come back for another game, we’re booking the Gridiron Guest House!

This house was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to Lambeau, Title Town and the practice field. This house has amazing GBP decorations. The kitchen was packed with everything you would need. The Party Garage, we loved it!! We spent most of our time in there. There’s a tv and great yard games. The WiFi was perfect and there’s a Roku tv in each room. The host, Bonnie, was really great to work with. We will for sure be back!!!#AmazingFamilyFun

Relaxing Get Away for New Years

Good layout of the house. The garage is an actual party garage with plenty of space, big table, TV, yard games, fridge, plenty of hookups for keeping food warm. The yard is perfect, and though it was the end of December, the propane fire pit I imagine would be spectacular. The owner was extremely fast to respond to questions and even recommended some local going ons for us to check out while we were out and about for the day. Highly recommend this place to stay! Can't wait until next year!!

Good location and great communication

Overall it was a good experience, location was good, and communication was fast in responses, check in process and renting process was a little hassle because i didnt have access to a printer or scanner to sent in signed documents they wanted etc but got it figured out

Perfect stay!

Amazing house in Green Bay! This was our 2nd time staying at this property for a Packers game. The location is outstanding! But the house is so much more. It is perfectly outfitted for your group. Just bring your family and food and beverages and have yourself an amazing time!! Hosts are very pleasant to work with as well.

Green Bay Perfection

We came to town for the Packers kick off weekend and this house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone, a clean, well maintained kitchen and living area, and within close walking distance to Lambeau. The best part for our family was the backyard and party garage! All ages enjoyed the yard games and TV in the garage, as well as gathering around the large fire pit table. We can’t wait to come back next football season!

Touchdown!

We had an amazing stay at this house over the weekend for the Packer game. The house is in a great location in relation to Lambeau Field. The backyard/garage area is a perfect place to tailgate before the game. The house had everything that we needed and was super clean. Would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great Place to stay

This place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was easy to work with and provided great information about the area. We stayed for a wedding and not during football season but i’m sure this would be a great place to stay for a game.

💚💛 First time in Green Bay 💛💚

My husband and his little sister have been Green Bay fans trapped in Chicago territory their whole lives!! My husband's dream has always been to see Lambeau. He never walked out the door without pausing and saying "wow it's really right there." The house was beautiful!! We could see Lambeau from the bedroom window!! The owners answered every question I had immediately and went above and beyond!! We'll be back!

An Epic Trip!

Earlier this year, my father turned 80. Despite being a lifelong Packers fan, he'd never been to a game at Lambeau so my sister and I and our spouses booked this trip for our father and step mother. The house was warm, welcoming and well stocked. Even though we didn't use the party garage (this time), it is a great space. The house allowed us all to hang out around the table, have meals, play cards and catch up. The exact thing you don't get when everyone's in their own hotel room. While my father is pretty spry at 80 my step mom has a more limited range when it comes to walking. The proximity of the house to the stadium was absolutely clutch. She was able to walk over to the game and back quite comfortably. All said, we will be definitely scheduling another trip next season.

Packer Weekend

A planned family trip to Lambeau grew into a group of 9 with many first time Lambeau visitors so it was important to make the experience the best possible. The listing for Gridiron Guest House was just the ticket. Plenty of room for everyone with so many extras to enjoy a tailgating experience in the back yard. And 2 blocks from Lambeau so we never needed to move the car to take advantage of all the area has to offer. On top of that the Packer won convincingly capping a great weekend. This location gave everyone an amazing unforgettable experience of what game day in Green Bay is for a Packer home game. Bonnie was incredibly responsive even though once we checked in there wasn't much more we could have asked for. The place had snacks and waters and a ton of games that kept the group busy. I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!
