Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort - Adults Only offers 415 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and laptop-compatible safes. This accommodation offers separate sitting areas. 55-inch Smart televisions come with premium cable channels.

Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead, and hairdryers. Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Out of all the hotels I’m been to, this is by FAR the best hotel I’ve been to. The entire property is aesthetically pleasing! The staff was amazing and pleasant. Nicola and Carlolyn from the Spa were EXCEPTIONAL. I really felt at home. I def will be back… 100/10 def will recommend

I had a great time , actually trying to get back as soon as possible . Food options were great room was fantastic ( had deluxe jr suite platinum ) but my butlers Nissano as well as Dennis were very attentive and accommodating they were the cherry on top of something was already great !

Wish there was more food options for the adult only. The Jerk chicken food truck, and all food trucks, were parked clear across the resort on the family side. If you didn’t make it in time to eat at the buffet, you didn’t have real food options till noon at the adult side. They only restocked our mini bar once, when we just happened to catch the staff with the cart outside our door, and asked for a restock. And even then, they restocked for one, not two. It was unfortunate to see the staff response before and after a tip. Once tipped, and not one USD, but five or up- then you will get attention. Crazy for what we pay to stay here to begin with. The pools were clean enough, but totally saw a plastic toothpick at the bottom of our pool till departure. Halls had dead and alive cockroaches. The room smelled of mold at all times. Otherwise, the beach and the location is stunning.

This place was just amazing I didn’t want to come back home staff was amazing. The entertainment staff always came to perform 00% of the time. Kemani was always welcoming at the coffee shop late at night and greeted us with a smile every night. I’m definitely going back next year with the rest of my family.

This was our 4th time vacationing in Jamaica and our first time in Negril. This part of the of the island is peaceful and the sand and water is beautiful! We were a bit disappointed with the property, though it was recently built - the property does not seem very new. The service was beyond lackluster and staff did not seem to care that you were on vacation. Some of the servers at the buffet were terrible and turned several ppl off … There were two gentlemen at the pasta station at the buffet that were amazing and Positives - plenty of calm and adult entertainment (shows, live music/cover bands etc)

Enjoyed my stay; rooms and resort was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The one area that requires improvement is the evening dining; the themed restaurants are beautiful and trendy; however I was not impressed with food quality throughout my entire stay! The best food options are the snack bar, main buffet, and coffee shop. The biggest disappointment was the Jamaican restaurant in Jamaica!! Come on- you have to get that part corrected immediately!

My time at Princess Senses The Mangrove in Jamaica was a solid mix of relaxation and island vibes. The resort is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed with nature in mind. The beach and pool areas were peaceful, and the views were exactly what you’d want in paradise. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating, though service could be slow at times. Food options were decent but could use a little more variety and flavor for a 5-star spot. Overall, it was a great getaway—definitely worth it for the views, the chill vibe, and the serene atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a resort to stay at in Jamaica, look no further—this is your best option. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers 24/7 security. Shuttles are available to take you to your room or to the family side of the resort. I was pleasantly surprised to find that water activities like kayaking and paddle boating were included. I highly recommend staying on the adults-only side—it’s amazing. The resort is so spacious that it never feels crowded, and there are so many pools that you might even have one all to yourself. There are activities all day at the Euphoria Pool, with an incredible entertainment team and great music playing nonstop. The drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. One of my favorite parts was the beach—it was free of sargassum, which made it even more enjoyable. No reservation needed for restaurants except for the Japanese one, but there is always availability. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
