Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort - Adults Only offers 415 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and laptop-compatible safes. This accommodation offers separate sitting areas. 55-inch Smart televisions come with premium cable channels.

Beautiful property, so relaxing if you want to get away. My only thing was how many people “ reserved” chairs on the pool deck or beach but were gone for hours. By 7am every chair had a towel draped on it which is annoying if you are ready to lay down and the one who draped it there hasnt returned in hours. Also bars were a lik understaffed so it took awhile during dinner to get drinks.

I rely heavily on reviews so please understand that I mean this truthfully. From the time we arrived to the time we departed the resort, we were met with gorgeous views, chic décor and friendly greetings. We arrived early, in which Shelo brought over a welcome drink to get the party started. This has got to be the best staff I've ever experienced! Shout out to Omar, Alrick, Margaret, Melesha, Kayla, Decardo, Kuwayne, Shante (Spoogie), Crystal, Andrew, Franz, Kimberley, and Demeisha. Of course, I can't forget Tracy and Lacy from Jacana. I am sure I've missed some names, but just know the staff is excellent. Room service was on point, as our room was cleaned to perfection each day. The grounds are huge but the shuttle was readily available to pick you up from your building and bring you to the main lobby or even over to the family side (Princess Grand). The jerk chicken from the food truck was so delicious. There were many restaurant options (The Pearl and Robert's Flame were my favorite). There was always something going on; the entertainment crew did a wonderful job getting everybody involved. You can't tell me I wasn't Whitney Houston during karaoke night. I could go on and on about this place. If you are questioning whether you should book, think no more, go ahead and Do It!!

had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view that made my mornings even better. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Most everything is still getting up to speed. Some poor workmanship in the common areas.Several orders from bar and resturant menus, "We don't have any more?" The menu on the App is updated every two days.The spa was not quiet good at this point. Told by staff, "Sometimes it works, sometimes not." Butlers were there constantly braggin about their service, except at checkout? Well I wanted to tip them? Former magrove swamp might take a year or so to turn into a beautiful beach. But overall, I would give it a 4.95 out of 5. Prior complaints were nit picking. Amazing resort. Seriously great food and overall service. The steaks at all the restuarnts were really up to "Ruth Chris" standards, We found wonderful food at all the dining options. The entire staff was very friendly and engaging. Love to go baclk
