Disappointed.

When traveling I like to have a comfortable bed and a working bathroom. Bed was not the most comfortable. Toilet did not flush had to plunge it and have maintenance at the room daily and mostly throughout the day when I was in the room. Had a smell to the room. I usually don’t watch TV couldn’t even get that to work. Wasn’t supplied with any wifi code. No privacy sign. No daily housekeeping. I know it’s not a middle to high class hotel but it could be maintained better. Don’t advertise free breakfast when it’s only hot coffee and hot tea.

The photos they use on the app of Hotel.com is fraudulent. The room looked nothing like the pictures and there were flies in the bathroom. The place was gross!

Decent hotel for one night

I just needed a hotel for one night to break up a long drive to Washington DC. This hotel was fine. Nothing special. Just a decent room for one night.

Bed like sleeping on the floor rock hard..relocated to a different room for last two nights. Yelling screaming obscene couple directly below would not stop after reporting three separate times. I will not come here again. The employee was nice, gave us the key to the wrong room twice. Walking in the door of the place the smell hits you. Maybe pets and carpets don’t go together?

Only good for a quick pit stop

I normally do not post about things that are an issue but this time, I feel that I must, The refrigerator took a while to cool because it needed to be defrosted, the bathroom had open drywall visible as well as mold present and the ac had no way to regulate it. Thankfully, this was only a five hour sleepover for us.
