Welcome to Pinckney Place — a new construction townhome in the heart of downtown Greenville's Historic Hampton Pinckney District. At nearly 2,100 square feet across three floors, this is one of downtown's most spacious and well-appointed short-term rentals, perfect for families or three couples traveling together.

The Location:

You're less than a mile from everything that makes Greenville special — Main Street dining and nightlife, Falls Park on the Reedy, Unity Park, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail are all just minutes away by car or rideshare. The two-car attached garage means you arrive, park, and never think about parking again. Day trips to Asheville and the mountains of Western NC are easily doable from here.

The Bedrooms:

All three bedrooms are true suites — each has its own private ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms feature king beds and one features a double bed. Whether you're a family that wants everyone comfortable or three couples who each want their own private retreat, this layout delivers. Sound machines are provided in all bedrooms for a restful night's sleep.

The Living Space:

The main living area on the second floor is open and built for gathering. The kitchen features a 5-burner gas range with griddle attachment, large granite island with seating for 4, all new appliances, and is fully stocked for cooking. A separate dining table seats 6. Hardwood floors, large windows, and an open layout make this the kind of space groups actually want to spend time in — not just sleep in.

Great property in an up & coming part of town. The host was amazing; very helpful & responsive. The only issue with the property is noise. It sits on a busy street and it gets loud inside the house. While I appreciate the noise machines in the bedrooms, they do little to help. If you are an early riser, heavy sleeper, or urbanism, it's fine. Simply be aware.

We had a terrific stay at this townhouse and would absolutely come back. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised—always a relief when the photos match reality. It was a perfect fit for our group of four adults, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone.The location couldn’t have been more convenient—less than a five-minute drive to all the shops and restaurants in Greenville, which made getting around easy and stress-free.Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

The property itself is nice and updated. The cleanliness needs a little work (very dusty in bathrooms and lots of scuffs on the walls downstairs and in the living room). Master bath water pressure wasn't the best. Road noise can be very loud at times because the house is on a very busy road, so make sure to pack extra sound machines for kiddos or earplugs. The house provides a sound machine in every bedroom. Overall, the property was in a great location for our trip and accommodated everyone nicely.

Overall the place was very nice. The kitchen was set up well with appliances, dish ware & some pantry supplies. There were a couple cleaning issues, one of which was addressed by the owner & the other was taken care of by us. An extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would have been nice as a couple bathrooms ran out. There is definite road noise from Pete Hollis Blvd. to note, however there were sound machines in the rooms to try to compensate. We did enjoy our stay!

Greenville Condo

My sisters and I stayed at this condo for several days. The location was a short drive to downtown which was incredibly convenient. The option of a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom stay was perfect for us. The furnishings were basic and functional - nothing fancy. While the condo was generally clean, we found a few issues that we reported to the owner to address for future stays. The place could use some general maintenance but everything functioned as expected. As mentioned in other reviews, the road noise was pretty loud. However, the host does provide noise machines to assist. The host was EXTREMELY responsive which is a huge positive. If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay without frills, this condo is a great option.

Great host and nice experience

My friends and I stayed over the 4th . We love the big space for gathering and cleanness of property. Even though we had no air conditioning in the morning the host was able to find some one to check on it and keep us updated. When they found out it could not be fixed for a few days the money/fees/ and deposit in full were refunded. Thanks so much.

Pretty place

Very nice property close to downtown. The beds were pretty comfortable. There was some cleanliness issues. The vent filters were filthy, the towels were stained. There was no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Just an overall feeling of being a little dirty in the bathroom floors. Easily fixable because it was really a nice roomy place.

What a great Vrbo and wonderful location

Greenville can be a mixed bag in the same area. We felt safe and accommodated while staying quite close to downtown. The entire weekend was the same price as just over one night in a hotel on grad weekend. Would highly recommend this location.

Visiting Greenville for a wedding and sightseeing. Townhouse was perfect for our family. Lots of room and comfortable accommodations. The only downside was the bathrooms could have been cleaned better and the master bathroom had an odor.
