Hotel experience was not the best experience first to start off with two pick on the bed and then more toothpicks on the floor after that there were dirty socks next to a chair later in the evening we found there to be a roach in our room. Very disappointed with this stay. The room and bathroom was nice but not a good stay. Staff was not great

I stayed 3 nights. I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my daughter at ECU. I made the office aware in the morning that my sink was clogged and the sink wasn't going down. I was told that maintenance would be right up to unclog it. I was in my room for 2 more hours before I had to l no one came. I came back 5 hours later and the sink was still clogged. When I checked out. I told the office that no one came to my room, and was told the owner would call me, but after a week, no one has called. What the Quality Inn doesn't understand is my daughter is a freshman, and I will be making multiple trips a year to visit her. So yes, I could be a repeat customer, if I am taking care of. Why would I go back to a hotel who doesn't care about their guests?
