Very nice apartment in a location close to all downtown amenities.Everything in the apartment was top notch and in good condition.The host was very communicative and kept us well informed as our stay approached.I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again if returning to Greenville.

Great location! Just a little noise on Friday and Saturday night but otherwise quiet. The bed was great, the kitchen set up so we could make breakfast every morning. The TV was brand new! Tricia was available and responsive when I had questions. We will be back!

Very Clean. Great central location. Very good comms with property owner including them reaching out unprompted to let us know we could check in early which was very much appreciated. One item that was not a big deal but was not completely clear from the listing is that you will need to pay for parking in an attached parking garage. Not a big deal for us but be aware. there was always plenty of spaces in the garage and it does have direct access to the bldg that the rental is in via a coded entry door.
