My room was not clean. I found trash in the bathroom floor and hair in the shower. The cleaning lady came into the room and used a mop that was filled of hair and smelled spoiled. I would not recommend staying at this place

The location is good for shopping. The shuttle service to the beach is great. breakfast options are quite limited The dining, bar and reception area is too congested for such a busy hotel.

We discovered Bay Gardens Hotel 4 years ago. I’m sure we will be back to St Lucia as soon as we can and it will be Bay Gardens Hotel where we will stay without a doubt.

The location is convenient especially if you’re not driving. It is walking distance to the Rodney Bay Plaza, that has many places to eat and a grocery store. The hotel provides a shuttle to visit the other Bay Gardens hotel locations. You can also use the amenities at the other locations.

I liked the mix of lush tropical plants and well-kept lawns it gave the hotel a peaceful, relaxing feel, like a quiet escape into nature also everyone on staff was warm and friendly. The food was delicious, and the fresh juices and punch were especially refreshing full of natural flavor.

Love Bay Gardens group of hotels. First stayed at the Inn 8 yrs ago and had such a great time i decided to stay at the Hotel this time. Did not disappoint. Breakfast buffet is always nice, tasty and full of variety . Cant wait to visit again to see the upgrades.
