At Ridgemont House, you will be staying at a spacious, modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, spread over two floors.
The villa is exquisitely furnished with all the modern conveniences including, air-con to make your stay enjoyable. It is one of the newest villa's in the scenic and conveniently located Cap Estate area.

You will be facing the blue Caribbean Sea, overlooking Rodney Bay, lush hills to the left, The Pigeon Island Reserve to the right and some amazing sunsets in the evening.

Our guests exclusively enjoy a large pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a spacious living area, amazing sunsets, views of the cruise ships as they come in and a large floral garden set in secured grounds.

Ridgemont is private, you will not be sharing the facilities with any other guests, or people on site. However, Michelle and I are only 5 minutes away should you need any advice.

What's nearby
Ridgemont is conveniently located and a 5/6 minute drive to two beaches, the Naked Fisherman and Pigeon Island. We are very short drive to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, tour companies, beauty spots and minutes away from both Sandals and Cabot gulf courses. The world famous Gros Islet Street Party is a 5 minute drive away. However, due to our location you also enjoy tranquility, peace and privacy.

How we help you enjoy your stay
Once you book, Michelle and I will help with recommendations for activities previous guests have enjoyed including; places to visit, tour companies, car rentals and taxi hire firms. We are always on hand to assist with any questions your may have.

About the property itself:
Ridgemont House is a spacious 3,200 sq foot, stand-alone house and set in over 1/2 acre of landscaped gardens. It has private parking for 3 vehicles on-site. For guests with limited mobility, the driveway leads into the balcony, living space, kitchen, dining room and the ensuite fourth bedroom, which are all on the same level access.

The exterior is designed in a bright, traditional Caribbean style home, with high ceilings and expansive balconies. There is a large landscaped garden, BBQ area, 2 furnished patio decks for relaxing and multiple balconies to enjoy the amazing views. Patio1 offers furnishing for al fresco dining, a large parasol for protection and a large grounds to explore. The pool is for your exclusive use and has night lighting for your evening enjoyment. We also have a large water tank to mitigate against the water supply issues other properties in the area are known to have.

The main living/dining area has a light airy feel, with multiple windows to allow in light and has two suspended ceiling fans for added comfort. Our guest regularly comment on space available.

The living space is uniquely fitted with both 110V and 220V, so weather you hail from the US, Canada, UK or Europe, your electronic devices should be chargeable.

The main living room double doors open onto the large balcony, overlooking your own private pool with night lights. There is a bbq deck, pool loungers, patio seating, large garden and stunning views across Rodney Bay.

The well-equipped kitchen is finished with a black granite counter- top with a walk in pantry. Our on island team will be happy offer recommendations on taxi transfers, tours, snorkeling, activities and food shopping. We can also offer with private catering, or a Chef service as an optional extra.

Family friendly!
There is a wooden crib, a travel cot, high chair, table protectors and two retractable baby gates, one by the pool and at the top of the stairs.

Kitchen and Dining
- Full self-catering modern kitchen, with partly stocked pantry
and BBQ pit outside.
- The kitchen will be stocked with some wines glasses, dining
comfortably for 6, but can accommodate 8
.- For a reasonable cost, guests can also order from our
breakfast, lunch, or dinner menus and gave them delivered
to the house. Or arrange for our highly commended Chef to
prepare meals on for your party at home.

Cleaning
• For stays up to 7 nights, linens and cleaning will be
undertaken, before and after your stay.
• For stays longer than 7 days, our cleaners will visit weekly.
You will be met by either Michelle or Myself on arrival at the
house, we will show you around, give a short briefing and
answer any questions. Transfers, car rentals (strongly
recommended), and tours can be booked in advance or when
you arrive.
