• On the first floor, two bedrooms with shower rooms or baths and two children's bedrooms with two single beds or pull-out beds sharing a bathroom.

- A separate bedroom (pool level) that can accommodate 2 people with a shower room;
- Additional areas, such as a summer kitchen, a swimming pool and a boules court.
- A guest house of approximately 70 m² comprising: a separate studio bedroom*, a family bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a shower room + bathroom. (*A ‘nanny’ studio with shower room and kitchenette that can accommodate 1 person)

* The property benefits from an exceptional landscaped park : a vast park with lawns, trees and flowers surrounds the villa. A shaded path leads to the beach in just a few steps, while a boules court invites you to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends.

- Cancellation insurance and holiday liability insurance: 5% of the total cost of the stay (includes cover for: cancellation and interruption of stay/late arrival/holiday liability/travel assistance and repatriation) – OPTIONAL

- The house must be left in the same condition as it was found on check-in. Otherwise, the customer may be charged an additional fee (or the deposit may be partially forfeited)
- Non-smoking property
- All guests must have holiday insurance
- Check-in: 5 p.m. - Check-out: 10 a.m.
- A deposit will be required by the owner: 25% of the total rental amount
- A rental agreement will be drawn up with the traveller (house rules)
